About us

Richard was born in Carbondale, IL. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969 through 1971. He attended The University of Illinois for both undergraduate and law school. He served as Massac County President from 1974-1981), was a member of the Illinois State General Practice Section Council from 1974-1976) and is a member of the American Bar Associations. 

He is our resident expert in real estate transaction and business litigation.

Rick was born in Paducah, KY. He attended the University of Illinois for his undergraduate education and attended Southern Illinois University School of Law. Rick is a member of the Illinois State and American Bar Associations as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Terry was born in Eldorado, IL. He attended Southern Illinois University, class of 1969. He then attended the University of Illinois School of Law and graduated in 1972. He served as Massac County Vice President in 1974 and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association as well as the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

John is a California attorney, licensed to practice since 1989. John attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate degree, and Western State University College of Law (Fullerton, CA). John's practice in the Los Angeles area of Southern California specialized in personal injury, contract and real estate law. John has been recognized as a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® attorney for 21 years.
